Classes begin with warm-up movements and breath awareness to prepare you for yoga postures. The heart of each class is a sequence of postures that stretch, strengthen, and balance your body. Each class ends with deep relaxation and meditation. What to bring/wear: Wear comfortable exercise clothes that let you move freely. Dressing in layers will help you adjust to fluctuations in body temperature. Yoga is normally practiced barefoot, but clean socks are fine too. Bring your own yoga mat or use one of ours. Bring a water bottle, and be sure to drink plenty of water before and after class as well. "I
