Welcome to DancingWisdom.com, the online home of Kathy Moon. I am dedicated to helping you discover your own unique wisdom and creativity through movement and music.
I offer the following classes in the Iowa City area and beyond:
Kripalu Yoga, yoga
classes emphasizing compassion and self-awareness;
Kripalu
YogaDance/DansKinetics, a fun
workout combining the joyful energy and creativity of dance with the
inner awareness of yoga; and
Music for Hummin' Beings, an
experience in creative music-making for regular people.
These classes provide a way to connect compassionately with ourselves, with one another, and with Prana, the beautiful energy of life that flows through everything.
